The like N poles of the rotor magnets point outwards and are permanently subjected to the force field of the stator magnets. The inner ends of the stator permanent magnets form an angle of 45 deg. so that pairs are formed in a V shape, the separation line of the V facing the centre of the magnet motor. The N poles of the rotor permanent magnets are repelled by the like N poles of the stator magnets, but also attracted by the large surface S poles of the stator magnets, producing a clockwise rotation of the rotor. With a pole change, the motor can be run in the opposite direction. The torque at the shaft end can be transmitted by gears or pulleys to other machines, and several stators and rotors on a single driving shaft can produce large magnet motors. Proportional miniaturisation can be used for the toy industry. USE/ADVANTAGE - Motor power produced only with assistance of permanent magnets, for driving generators, pumps and fans.
