The noise elimination device has a sample extraction stage (10) for sampling the incoming speech signals containing noise signals obtained from a number a signal channels and a second sample extraction stage (20) for sampling the noise signals for these signal channels. The 2 sample extraction stages (10,20) are each coupled to a noise elimination stage (32) providing the noise-free speech signals by using a given formulae in terms of the obtained signal samples.
