TOOL FOR REPAIRING BLADE ON ROTOR OF TURBINE ENGINE, AND ITS TOOL-USING METHOD FOR REPAIR THEREOF

PURPOSE: To facilitate retouching by attaching an endoscope to the body of an apparatus for retouching a local defect on the rotor blade of a turbine engine, and providing a foldable extension member at the end of a control rod penetrating the body of the apparatus, the foldable extension member having a bite provided at its end. CONSTITUTION: To retouch a defect 6 locally provided at, e.g. the edge part of a rotor 1 placed within a casing 4 belonging to the stator of a turbine engine, the defect 6 is detected by use of an endoscope passed through a hole provided in the casing 4. The endoscope comprises an eyepiece 8, a means 9 for connection to a light source S, an objective lens 8a, and a connection means 10 located between the lenses 8, 8a and mounted on the body 11 of an apparatus 7. The apparatus 7 has a control rod 15 inserted near the connection means 9 and a foldable extension member 20 carrying a diamond bite 21 is connected to the control rod 15 via two pivots, a connecting rod, and a lever 19.
