NOVEL ANTI-HUMAN THROMBOMODULIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND DIAGNOSIS OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL INJURY BY ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY

摘要

PURPOSE:To diagnose vascular endothelial injury by using an anti-human thrombomodulin monoclonal antibody inhibiting an action of thrombomodulin accelerating activation of protein C with thrombin. CONSTITUTION:An enzyme immunoassay is performed by using an anti-human thrombomodulin monoclonal antibody having a inhibitory action on the action of thrombomodulin-accelerating activation on protein C with thrombin. Then, a determined value of substance binding to said monoclonal antibody among human thrombomodulin and its decomposed product existing in blood is compared with a determined value in blood of a healthy human to diagnose vascular endothelial injury. In said diagnosis, anti-human thrombomodulin monoclonal antibody having an action inhibiting the binding of thrombin to thrombomodulin is suitably co-used.
