METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTING LINING RING OF SHIELD TUNNEL

PURPOSE:To construct a vertical, mulriple shield tunnel with high efficiency by a method in which when assembling segmesnts by an upper erector provided on the rear of a shield excavator, floor panels are formed in a manner that they can be pushed out or drawn in between stages by a lower stagse erector. CONSTITUTION:Erectors 7 and 8 for assembling upper and lower two-stage segments are set on the rear of a shield machine 1. Under the condition that a floor panel 34 is retracted from between stages, lower stage segment A is assembled, and the floor panel 34 is pushed out to a given position to asseble segment K1, A, and K2 carried on the panel 34 by an upper stage erector 7. After the assemblinhg of the segment K2, the panel 34 is restored to the given position between stages, and a segment B is carried onto the panel 34. The segment B is hung down by hangers 11 and 11' and assemgled by retracting the panel 34. The lining ring can thus be constructed safely and effectively.
