PURPOSE:To obtain a steel sheet for porcelain enameling excellent in porcelain enameling properties and deep drawability by incorporating specified amounts of Mo, W, etc., into a dead soft-medium oxygen steel sheet contg. B and N. CONSTITUTION:A dead soft slab contg., by weight, 0.004% C, 0.03% Si, 0.05 to 0.80% Mn, 0.003 to 0.08% P, 0.003 to 0.08% S, 0.08% Cu, 0.008% Al, 0.005 to 0.015% N, 0.005 to 0.025% O and 0.005 to 0.025% B and furthermore contg. one or two kinds of 0.005 to 0.15% Mo and 0.005 to 0.15% W is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing and is thereafter subjected to skinpass rolling to manufacture a steel sheet for porcelain enameling. By extremely reducing the C content in the steel sheet and, furthermore, incorporating specified small amounts of O and B as well as W and Mo, the steel sheet for porcelain enameling excellent in deep drawability and porcelain enameling properties can be manufactured.
