PAINTING DEVICE AND PAINTING METHOD FOR INSTANTANEOUS COLOR TONING AND PATTERNING

PURPOSE:To allow the execution of patterning simultaneously with color toning by providing a computer which input the data of color samples, a calculating circuit which calculates the injection rates of primary colors and an injection control means. CONSTITUTION:A color identifying device 14 optically interprets the colors of the color sample and inputs signals to the computer 20. The injection rates of the primary colors necessary for reproducing the colors of the color sample 12 are calculated by using the internal calculating circuit in the computer 20. The primary color injection rates obtd. as a result of the calculation are converted to color tone signals. The converted signals are sent via cables 21, 22 to an injecting and driving controller 45, by which the injection of respective injection nozzles is controlled via the cables and the colors of ink are deposited to prescribed positions and pattern imparting agents are deposited thereon. The painting is completed with stable quality in this way.
