METHOD FOR MAINTAINING PRESSURE AT VALUE LOWER THAN GIVEN LIMIT DURING FILLING OF STORAGE FACILITY FOR STORING FLUID HAVING LIQUID PHASE AND GAS PHASE AND RECONDENSING FACILITY THEREOF

PURPOSE: To maintain the pressure in a cavity within a permittable level during the filling, by removing the vapor from the gas phase to condensate the same while feeding the fluid of the liquid phase to a storage facility, and inputting the same into the storage facility by a jet compressor-condenser through which at least a part of the fluid of the liquid phase is passed. CONSTITUTION: The vapor is removed from the gas phase 30 to be condensed while feeding the fluid of the liquid phase to a storage facility, and then inserted into a cavity 6 in the storage facility by a jet compressor-condenser 10 through which at least a part of the fluid of the liquid phase is passed. That is, the vapor can be removed by the suction by the jet compressor-condenser 10, and the removed vapor is condensed and recharged into the storage facility. Further this jet compressor- condenser 10 is operated only on the basis of the characteristic relative to the capacity of the fluid of the liquid phase to be fed to an inlet of the jet compressor-condenser 10, and the application of the energy from the external is unnecessary, that is, the simplification of the operation can considerably reduce the maintenance work.
