CONSTRUCTION OF COLUMN AND BEAM JOINT SECTION OF X TYPE ARRANGEMENT BUILT-IN STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN

PURPOSE:To improve execution efficiency by welding a joint section steel pipe unit having beam weld plates 10 to a joint of up and down concrete columns fitted with a pair of up and down internal steel cylinders obtained by fixing X type arrangements to an external steel cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In an X type arrangement built-in steel pipe concrete column, welding is made in a state that the ends respectively project to an external steel cylinder 5 and the insides of both ends thereof from both ends of the external cylinder 5. After that, a pair of up and down internal steel cylinders 6a and 6b to be fixed at X type arrangements 7 to be fixed throughout between the internal up and down cylinders 6a and 6b are formed. Then, a cylindrical body 9 having beam weld plates 10 with the inside diameter equivalent to the outside diameter of the internal cylinders 6a and 6b and projected outward is fitted and loaded to a part projected from the upper end of the internal cylinder 6a. In addition, after a joint section of the external cylinder 5 and cylindrical body 9 is welded, concrete is placed to the insides of the external cylinder 5 and cylindrical body 9. According to the constitution, execution can be easily carried out.
