SINKING AND BURYING METHOD ON SOFT GROUND

PURPOSE:To make the ground reformation unnecessary and to reduce the cost by sinking a sinking box on a basic layer provided at an excavated layer at the bottom of the water, placing a concrete to refill at the recessed grooves on both sides of the sinking box, and after that, filling a primary foam concrete in the grooves to realize a light weight. CONSTITUTION:A ground at the bottom of the water is excavated, and after sheet piles 1 are provided at both sides, crushed stones or the like are placed to form a basic layer 2. Then, a sinking box 3 is sunk on the basic layer 2, and steel inner moulds 4 are arranged temporarily at both sides. Then, a concrete 5 is placed in the water between the box 3, the moulds 4, and the sheet piles 1, and after it is cured, the moulds 4 are removed. A primary foam concrete 9 is placed at the clearance openings after the moulds are removed. Furthermore, after a temporary road 7 and the like are removed, a secondary foam concrete 12 is placed, and the sheet piles 1 are removed. As a result, the loaded burden to the ground is reduced, a ground reformation is unnecessary, the term of work can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced extensively.
