CONVEYER FOR SPREADING SUIT RAW CLOTH AND METHOD FOR CUTTING THE SAME RAW CLOTH

PURPOSE:To perform cutting of raw cloth forming many sorts of shapes with small lot in good productivity by intermittently revolving conveyer on which fixing pedestals in transverse direction having many frog-like raw cloth supporters are adjacently parallelized at fixed intervals, cutting raw cloth in cutting zone and transferring to finished zone, then repeating said process. CONSTITUTION:Many frog-like raw cloth supporters 6 are installed in transverse direction through grooves 4 for parts separation on fixing pedestals 5 provided in transvers direction adjacently parallelizing at fixed intervals on the outer surface of intermittently revolving conveyer 1 and simultaneously many cloth- fixing needles 7 rising from starting end part installing a brush roller 10 for pressing the cloth to cutting region A'-B' and lowering in said cutting region A'-B' are provided on upper side transferring part of said conveyer 1. The raw cloth 9 spread to starting position of cutting A' is cut to set parts 9' by a cutter in cutting zone A'-A'' and B'-A'' and transferred to finished zone C, then the conveyer 1 is once stopped. Next, raw cloth 9 in standing by ready zone D is spread to the above starting position of cutting A' and the above process is automatically and continuously repeated.
