PURPOSE: To prevent generation of an inconvenient moment at the time of coupling an electric plug coupling part by a solid and small device by constituting the device by furnishing it with a first adapter device having a first plug member and a second adapter device having a pin member to fit on a load latch and a second plug member. CONSTITUTION: A first adapter device 2 free to couple to a crane hook block and having at least one load latch 5 formed to be positioned and fixed by a first plug member 15 arranged in the center as well as a fixing device 12 is furnished. Additionally, it is constituted so as to be furnished with a second adapter device 3 free to couple to a transfer part and having a pin member 16 formed to be fitted on the load latch 5 and a second plug member 18 arranged in the center in the pin member 16. In this constitution, it is possible to protect the first and second plug members 15, 18 from mechanical damage, to facilitate centering as a whole mechanism can be rotation-symmetrically formed and to carry out coupling of a plug coupling part without generation of an inconvenient moment.
