ENVIRONMENT FOR ACTIVATING SPERMATOZOONS OF BALKAN AND ARCHED TROUT

The medium is used for the spawn's artificial impregnation in trout breeding. It extends the sperm's activity. The milieu has the following composition in g: sucrose 8 to 9, tris-buffer 0.5 - 1; and distilled water of up to 100 ml. The pH of the medium reaches 8 to 10 by adding 0.1M solution of hydrochloric acid.
