The invention concerns a device for the advance of light sensitive films, to be inserted in trays containing developer solution, the fixative and so on, of the type including multiple main rollers (2) onto which are loaded multiple auxiliary rollers (5), arranged in pairs in a position diametrically opposed in relation to the rollers above mentioned. The leader (9) to which the film is fixed is inserted, at its side edges, between the main and auxiliary rollers, the first of which, thanks to the presence of annular components (10) of the "o-ring" type, which press and deform the leader against the annular cavities (11) present on the side surface of the auxiliary rollers (5), determining the advance of the leader and the rotation of the auxiliary rollers, when they are moved in the appropriate manner (fig. 2).
