Rapid immunoenzymatic method for detecting the presence of milk of a different type in ewe's milk

Method which comprises: (a) depositing a specific anti- milk protein antibody on a nitrocellulose sheet; (b) incubating the nitrocellulose sheet with an egg albumin solution in physiological saline at approximately 37 degree C; (c) immersing the nitrocellulose sheet in the sample of milk to be analysed; (d) washing, in order to eliminate the proteins which have not reacted with the antibodies; (e) incubating the nitrocellulose sheet with anti-milk protein immunoglobulins against the same protein as those used in stage (a), combined with peroxidase and diluted in physiological saline with egg albumin at ambient temperature; (f) washing, in order to eliminate the marked antibodies which have not reacted; and (g) incubating the nitrocellulose sheet with a substrate of the enzyme for development thereof. It has application because it allows the determination of the presence of milk of different type in ewe's milk.
