The garden plants composition comprises seaweeds extract (I) 100 part, lecithin 0.5-10 part, organic acid as citric acid, lactic acid, fermented acetic acid to pH 3-4, and sterilized at 120 deg.C for 3 sec. (I) is prepared by boiling 15-25 parts of seaweeds as red algae, brown algae or green algae in 100 parts of water and filtering the viscous liquid. This composition to yield up or keep fruits fresh promotes plant seed germination, root anchoraging, covering stems and leaves, or killing insects, parasites and fungi.
