The electrically conducting systems comprises hollow palladium metal conductors or coils enriched with deuterium and hydrogen ions operating as charge carriers within the quantum energy system. The system includes a palladium capacitor, palladium accumulator, DC impulse generator and neutron accelerator device. USE - In many applications of oscillatory energy employing pulsed DC Ac and HF sources e.g. laser excitation, Xray sources semiconductor manufactor, drives for space travel, particle accelerators and fusion researach.
