LINK CHANGEOVER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BROADCAST CONSTITUTION LAN

摘要

PURPOSE:To realize the link changeover control system of a broadcast constitution LAN which offers the continuous service without intermission of communication and reduces the initial cost at the introduction of the facility and the running cost for the installation maintenance or the like. CONSTITUTION:A master supervisor node station inserts a pilot signal to a communication signal and communication is implemented while keeping a current LAN link path 2 by detecting the pilot signal at a normal node station. When at least any of the normal node stations cannot detect the pilot signal, the master supervisor node station switches the link path for communication from the current LAN link path 2 to one of standby LAN link paths 3 and each normal node station selects the standby LAN link path 3 able to detect the pilot signal from the current LAN link path 2.
