PURPOSE:To produce the subject product not deteriorating for some period even when left at room temperature, capable of being stored for a long period in a refrigerator and capable of avoiding the excessive intake of honey by removing a specific amount of water from a mixture solution consisting of the same amounts of the honey and royal jelly.
