PURPOSE:To constantly set optimum flow rate in a device in which the inside of vacuum container is cooled through a process of supplying cool fluid through a manifold; to the fin tube of a heat absorbing wall provided with many fin tubes, by providing a flow rate adjusting means on a joint portion between the manifold and the fin tube. CONSTITUTION:A space environment experimental device 1 is provided, in its vacuum container 2 with a body portion shroud 3 divided and formed in a plurality of blocks and mirror portion shrouds 4 on both ends of the container. Respective shrouds 3, 4 are provided with an inlet manifold 5 and an outlet manifold 6 respectively for introducing liquid nitrogen. The shrouds 3, 4 comprise fin tubes 7, which are arranged without any clearance, integrally having blades on both sides of the tube body. Both ends of the tube are connected respectively to manifolds 5, 6 through couplings 9, 10. In this case, an orifice 11 for controlling a flow rate of cold fluid is preferably provided on the coupling 9 on the inlet manifold 5 side. The diameter of the orifice 11 is determined by various conditions such as heat load, attachment positions of the fin tubes 7 in relation to a cold fluid introducing position, and the like.
