PURPOSE:To obtain a liposome preparation having high transition to liver by using a raw material having established safety as injection. CONSTITUTION:A liposome preparation containing phospholipid and =150wt.% based on phospholipid of a nonionic surfactant, preferably polyoxyethylene group-containing nonionic surfactant such as polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil or polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate as an essential component, having increased transition to liver.
