PURPOSE:To easily correct a deviation of the superimposed part of the first and second webs, by providing a setting means of the reversed phases of webs composed of the first fixed slant comprising a guide and a vertical roll guide and the second fixed slant comprising a guide and a lateral roll guide. CONSTITUTION:A web unrolled from a web-wound roll R of a roll holder 1 is cut half. One of the half-cut webs is made as a first upper web U1 and the other half is made as a second lower web U2. An article W to be packed is put inside between the webs. The vertically sealing means 11a, 11b are provided to vertically seal the superimposed edge at both sides of the web and adjusted in accordance with the width of the bag in the interval thereof. A setting means 12 of the reversed phases of webs is composed of the first fixed slant guide 12a to horizontally guide the second web U2 fitted at the inclination of 45 degree and vertically flowing downward, the vertical roll guide 12b, the second fixed slant guide 12c reversely inclining by 45 degree against the first fixed slant guide and adjustable in the height, and a horizontal roll guide 12d. The deviation of the superimposed part of the first and second webs U1, U2 in the boxing a packing part 11 can be corrected by the adjustment of the height of the second fixed slant guide 12c.
