PRODUCTION OF FISH REEF FOR SPINY LOBSTER UTILIZING WATER-PERMEABLE CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To obtain a fish reef for spiny lobsters, capable of preventing the fish reef composed of concrete shaped units from firmly binding to wooden frames, etc., after its hardening, simplifying taking out operation of the aforementioned concrete shaped units and decreasing operation load and time of workers, improving operating efficiency and reducing cost. CONSTITUTION:A fish reef for spiny lobsters is produced by arranging the first wooden frame 41 for forming openings where spiny lobsters enter on the inside of the first frame mold 40, filling a granular substance 42 having a prescribed grain size into the above-mentioned first wooden frame 41, then placing a kneaded material 43 for super hard kneaded concrete in the aforementioned first frame mold 40 thereon, subsequently placing the second frame mold 44 on the above-mentioned first frame mold 40, selectively arranging the second wooden frame mold 45 for forming support pedestals in the second frame mold 44, placing a kneaded material in the aforementioned second wooden frame, then filling the granular material 42 thereon, repeating the similar steps thereafter and removing the above-mentioned granular material after hardening the kneaded material.
