PURPOSE:To reduce a response time accompanied with the increase of the number of devices connected with a serial data bus or data amount, in a data transmitter which is operated through a serial data bus by a talken passing system. CONSTITUTION:Plural devices D0 are connected with a serial data bus 40. Each device D0 is equipped with a sequence number SQN multiplexing part 10 which decides the number of times of transmitting data in one cycle, multiplex switch 20 which designates the number of times of transmitting the data in one cycle to this multiplexing part 10, and sequence number judging part 30 which judges whether or not the sequence number passing through the serial data bus 40 is the number of its own device. And also, the sequence number to be multiplexed by the device in a sequence number alpha is set to be (alpha+n/2) or (alpha-n/2), for example, when a multiplexing number is 2.
