PRODUCTION OF PLANT CALLUS CELL-DIFFERENTIATING AGENT AND METHOD OF REDIFFERENTIATION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To redifferentiate the callus cells of a plant with a plant callus cell- differentialting agent produced by the culture of a microorganism. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism Pseudomonas.mallei No.206-1 (FERN MP-11898) belonging to the genus Pseudomonas is cultured in the presence of adenine, and subsequently killed. A plant callus cell-redifferentiating agent is collected from the culture solution, and impregnated into a filter paper, which is placed on a culture medium mixed with a cytokinin, and the callus cell of a plant is implanted and cultured under a bright condition to redifferentiate the cell.
