PURPOSE:To continue the reception of market price report without interruption even at the time of fault occurrence in a line by doubling a line so as to switch it to a sub-line when the monitoring means of a broadcasting calculator detects the fault occurrence in one line. CONSTITUTION:The telegraphic message allotter part of a broadcasting calculator 12 allots the current information to work stations 14, 14,... in a constant cycle through a master line 15a. Respective work stations 14, 14,... stores the current information transmitted from the broadcasting calculator 12 successively by the cyclical broadcasting communication, and restarts time counting while resetting a timer every time when the current information is received. When the current information is not transmitted from the broadcasting calculator 12 for a constant cycle of (n) seconds, the occurrence of transfer abnormality in a broadcasting master line 15a is decided and a current information request signal is sent through a sub-line 15b to the broadcasting calculator 12. The broadcasting calculator 12 switches the transmission line to the sub-line 15b and transmits the current information stored in a storage part to the corresponding work station 14.
