TALKING DETAILED INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To store and manage talking detailed information for required numbers independently of the storage period by generating and revising each detailed file and executing the access based on an SG file and data management information. CONSTITUTION:At first file system management information such as a stored auxiliary storage device, a storage location and a maximum storage item number is entered from a generation revision section 9 as information to generate a detailed file 6 so as to generate an SG file 8. Then the SG file 8 is read to generate the detailed file 6 at the rising of the system. In order to use a file area cyclically for the file 6, the data management information such as a data storage range, effective storage item number, a write pointer, presence of a failed file, a maximum storage number for each file and a start pointer for each date as to the talking detailed information stored in each area is stored to the file 6 in a form of a table.
