PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excelling in weathering resistance and chemical resistance and having suitable strength and flexibility and excellent durability by mixing an air-drying unsaturated polymer crosslinked by polymerizable monomer with a (meth)acrylic ester monomer. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is obtained by mixing an air-drying unsaturated polymer crosslinked by polymerizable monomer (e.g. an unsaturated polyester resin of an acid value of 20, obtained by condensing 0.5mol of maleic anhydride, 1.5mol of terephthalic acid, 1.5mol of diethylene glycol and 1.0mol of pentaerythritol triallyl ether by dehydration with heating) with at least one (meth)acrylic ester monomer (e.g. n-butyl acrylate or 2-hexylethyl methacrylate). This composition can give a coating film excelling in weathering resistance and chemical resistance, having suitable strength and flexibility, and having durability. It has such a short curing time as not to impair workability in application, has good curability at a temperature as low as 5 deg.C or below, and has excellent applicability and productivity.
