COLLECTION OF HIGH GRADE CONCENTRATE FROM FLOTATION CONCENTRATE OF COMPLICATED SULFIDE MINERAL

PURPOSE:To efficiently separate sulfide mineral in a floated ore and gangue and iron sulfide mineral in a precipitated ore, by performing the flotation beneficiation of complicated sulfide mineral by using a specific collector in an acidic region. CONSTITUTION:In the flotation beneficiation from complicated sulfide mineral, for example, a black ore, said black ore is electrochemically dispersed in an acidic region with pH of 3.0 or less so as to be separated into non-sulfide mineral and sulfide mineral. Then, flotation is performed by using a collector such as fatty acid, for example, oleic acid, alkylsulfate or sulfonate to concentrate non-sulfide mineral and iron sulfide mineral in a concentrate in a precipitated ore side to obtain high grade valuable minerals.
