PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of ground reinforcing work and to reduce the working time. CONSTITUTION:The push-in operation for pushing in a hollow bar material B into the ground is repeated by the driving force composed of push-feed force for gripping the hollow bar member B and pushing forward the same by a chuck mechanism 7 driven to reciprocate between the ground side and the anti-ground side by a feed cylinder 5 and the vibration force transmitted to the hollow bar material B through the chuck mechanism 7 at the time of push- feeding the hollow bar material B. Simultaneously, at each push-in operation of the hollow bar material B, a medical fluid is supplied from a pump 20 through a fluid supply tube 25 to the rear end of the hollow bar material B and discharged from the vicinity of the front end of the hollow bar material B to be sequentially filled in a gap between the pushed-in hollow bar material B and its peripheral hole wall.
