摘要

PURPOSE:To enable measurement of blood serum diluted by 10 times having 0.3 to 8ng/ml of IgE-BF by constituting reagent comprising a combination of two kinds of monoclonal antibodies having specificity to a human IgE binding factor while one of the monoclonal antibodies is given a predetermined composition. CONSTITUTION:One of monoclonal antibodies is an antibody characterized by the following a) to c) features (monoclonal antibody of type A): a) specifically coupled to recombined human IgE binding factor having amino acid sequence indicated by expression I; b) generated by hybridoma formed by cell fusion of BALB/c mouse spleen cell and mouse myeloma cell line which have been immunized by the recombined human IgE binding factor; and c) IgG sub class is a mouse IgG1 type or a mouse IgG2a type. Since a measurement system shows good dilution linearity, the measurement values are reliable.
