VEGETATION WORK FOR RAISING FERTILIZER-HOLDING CAPACITY OF SLOPE

PURPOSE:To grow plants by promoting absorption of fertilizer by soil by a method in which a net or cloth having a substance to emit alpha-rays is stretched on slope. CONSTITUTION:A net or cloth to which a substance to emit alpha-rays is bonded by a specific treatment is stretched on a slope, and a mixture of seeds, fertilizer, culture medium, and mixture of culture medium and water, together with soil as needed, is sprayed onto the net or cloth. Since Ca, Mg, and H in soil are replaced with ammonium ion by means of minus(-) ions to be produced from alpha-rays, the fertilizer-holding capacity of slope can be enhanced.
