PURPOSE:To quicken the circulation of blood and to execute the medical treatment for a prostate gland enlargement disease by providing a high frequency oscillator for transmitting a high frequency signal to a loop antenna for oscillating a high frequency provided on a sheet material, and a loop antenna provided on underwear. CONSTITUTION:A freely bendable sheet material 11 is stuck to the adjacent part of the anus of the bottom face. In the sheet material 11, a loop antenna 12 for oscillating a high frequency is installed. Also, a high frequency oscillator 13 is connected to the loop antenna 12 by a leader line 14, and a high frequency pulse electromagnetic field signal is transmitted to the loop antenna 12 through the leader line 14 from the high frequency oscillator 13.
