The essential features of the invention consist in the fact that blanks made of certain metal oxide complex compounds prepared by known processes are partially or completely converted into a phase by laser irradiation in the last processing step, which is superconducting at temperatures above 77 K (so-called high-Tc superconductor) ). As a result of the laser irradiation, the blank is heated as a whole or selectively, wherein the physico-chemical transformations leading to the formation of the superconductive phase take place under the surrounding oxygen-containing atmosphere.
