CLOTHESHANGER, PIVOT ARRANGEMENT FOR MAKING THE SAME AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE CLOTHESHANGER

A clothes-hanger has a suspension hook (9) which is disposed between and connected to support portions (1) for a garment. The hook (9) is, about a vertical axis (10), rotatably connected to a T-shaped centre piece (6) which has swivel connection (4, 5) with the support portions (1) so that the hook may, on its manufacture, be located down between the support portions. A rotary apparatus for the clothes-hanger is provided with a first portion (6) with sleeve-shaped recesses, and a second portion (1-3, 9) with a plug-shaped projection which is rotatable in the recess. The projection is produced interiorly in the recess by injection moulding. The first portion (6) has a through channel for the passage of molten plastic on the injection moulding operation. A method of producing the clothes-hanger comprises the steps that a first portion (6) of the clothes-hanger is injection moulded and placed in a tool for injection moulding of a second portion (1-3, 9) of the hanger. The first portion (6) is provided with a through channel through which the plastic is caused to pass for formation of different parts of the first portion.
