In the case of very high structural parts, for example foundation elements in the offshore sector which extend from the seabed above the surface of the water, there is the problem of introducing prestressing strands for high loads into relatively narrow prestressing ducts (3) accessible only from above and of reliably anchoring them at the lower end. For this purpose, it is proposed to lower a prestressing strand (4), whose individual elements (5) are positively provided, over the anchoring length (Lv), with means (8) for additional anchoring, into a prestressing duct (3) and to inject the latter with hardening material by means of a first injection pipe (A) firstly over the region of the anchoring length (Lv), to prestress and anchor the prestressing strand (4) after the hardening of this material and then to inject hardening material by means of a second injection pipe (B) over the region of the prestressing length (Ls) into the prestressing duct (3), in order to bond the prestressing strand (4) to the structural part (1).
