ANTIDOTES OF NONCOTICS ADDICATION AND ITS PREPARATION

摘要

An antidote compsn. for narcotic and psychotropic drug- poisoning diseases is composed of Cremastrae tuber (1), Sophorae subprostratae (2), Euphorbia pekinensis (3), Euphorbia lathyridis (4), Manitis squama (5), Korean angelica (6), Cnidii rhizoma (7), Rehmanniae radix (8), Paeoniae radix (9), Ginseng radix (10) and Zizyphi spinosi semen (11). Also claimed is the prepn. of the compsn. which comprises (a) pulverizing 9 kinds of crud drug (1-9) to 200 mesh, (b) extracting them with ethanol and treating the obtd. effective ingredient soln. under vacuum at -35 deg.C to obtain colloidal educt, (c) centrifuging it and washing the obtd. ppte. with ethanol, (d) vacuum-drying it to obtain brown powder, and (e) mixing it with ginseng and zizyphi powder.
