This is an arrangement for the continuous degassing, by producing an underpressure, of liquids with or without solid particles, in particular drilling mud, shut off from the surrounding air. Arrangement, intended for analytic purposes, includes the liq. being fed into the inner (2) of two cylinders, where it is ground, whirled around, centrifuged (10) and thrown over the top of this cylinder (2) down into the outer cylinder (1). Outer cylinder forms a low-pressure chamber and is open at the bottom, which is in a tank (14). This cylinder has, at the top, a gas outlet pipe (4) connected to a pump (15) that produces an underpressure in the cylinder (1). This degassing system is downwardly shut off from ambient influence, and solid particles can fall into the tank (14). USE/ADVANTAGE - Drawbacks both of discontinuous and of other continuous systems for use with such analyses are overcome. Test measurements, together with analysis of the gas, enable quantitative and qualitative information on the gas-bearing rock formation contg. the borehole to be obtd.
