The machine consists of a housing in which circulates eccentrically a displacer which delivers a work medium. Engaging at least at one point of the displacer is a driver device formed as a prim. eccentric unit, and at a further point a guide device formed as a sec. eccentric unit engages by means of an intermediate component. The intermediate component or compensation lever (21) extends otwards from the guide device or eccentric pin (20) via the second point (23) to the displacer (12), or from the displacer over the guide device (20), forming a compensation mass (26).
