The invention relates to a method for injecting pure water coming from hot springs, conveyed directly from a spa, into baths of a thermal centre and for preserving the purity and the freshness of the injected water. The water is conveyed directly from the spa via a transport means and is injected into an underground tank (reservoir) (1) from where it is pumped by means of a primary pump (2), and then heated to a certain temperature by means of a first heat exchanger (4) in which water heated by a boiler (3) circulates. The heated water from the hot spring is stored in a storage tank (5) for the purpose of supplying a bath (6) by virtue of a secondary pump (7). In the case of contamination of the water in the bath, it flows through a filter (8) which eliminates the impurities contained in it, and then it is reinjected into the bath.
