PURPOSE:To reduce variations of a pulse width caused by temperature changes or dispersions by constituting a titled circuit of an R - S type FF circuit consisting of a TR, and a time constant generating circuit consisting of a TR, a capacitor and a resistance, in that which is formed by combining a logical circuit in which constitution of a differential amplifier is basic constitution. CONSTITUTION:An R - S type FF circuit is constituted of TRs 1-3 and 6-8, and a time constant generating circuit is constituted of TRs 21, 22 and 27, a capacitor 29 and a resistance 31. When a differential pulse of a input terminal 4 falls, the FF is set, an output Q becomes H, and an output Q becomes L. When the level of the differential pulse is returned to H -, the TR21 turns on and 22 turns off, therefore, charge of the capacitor 29 is discharged, and the level of a reset input R falls. When the differential pulse is supplied again from the terminal 4 before the input R falls to L, the TR21 turns off and 22 turns on, the output level of the TR21 rises, and the capacitor 29 is charge. When the level of the differential pulse is returned to H -, the capacitor 29 is discharged again, a base voltage of the TR6 falls, the FF is reset, an output Q and an output Q become L and H, respectively, and a pulse of a prescribed width is fetched from terminals 32, 33.
