CONCRETE AUTOMATIC SPRAY DEVICE IN DEEP FOUNDATION WORK

PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out concrete spraying work in a deep foundation mechanically and efficiently by operating a concrete spray device on the ground. ;CONSTITUTION: An upper bearing holder 1 is fixed approximately horizontally in a deep foundation, and at least second fluid pressure cylinders 11 as rising and falling mechanisms for concrete spraying nozzles and a turning mechanism constituted of a turning frame 7, motor 8, pinion 9 and gear 10 are mounted to the upper bearing holder 1. Concrete spraying nozzles 16 are capable of rising, falling and turning in the deep foundation through the rising and falling mechanisms and the trning mechanism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
