LARGE INARIZUSHI LUNCH COMPRISING PAIR OF THREE INARIZUSHI EACH PRODUCED BY WRAPPING THREE KINDS OF DIFFERENT CONTENTS WITH FRIED BEAN CURD

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the subject lunch comprising three kinds of INARIZUSHI (flavored boiled rice wrapped up with fried bean curd) obtained by wrapping three kinds of different ingredients with fried bean curds cooked with sugar and soy sauce, permitting to enjoy different tastes, respectively, and not giving any weariness. ;CONSTITUTION: Japanese buckwheat noodles dipped in a buckwheat soup containing wasabi (Japanese horseradish) are wrapped with a fried bean curd cooked with sugar and soy sauce. Edible wild plant-containing OKOWA (glutinous rice steamed with red beans) or ingredient-containing cooked rice is wrapped with another fried bean curd. Further, black sesame-containing cooked rice in an amount of approximately a half, loosed crab meat dressed with mayonnaise, and sushi cooked rice in the order are wrapped with a fried bean curd.
