FECES OCCULT BLOOD UNIQUELY DETECTING METHOD AND FECES OCCULT BLOOD QUANTITATIVE KIT USING IT

PURPOSE: To quantity occult blood in feces at a low cost by following unique bonding of occult blood in feces with solid-phase haptoglobin. ;CONSTITUTION: For example, after occult blood in faces is adsorbed into and bonded with affinity-chromatography carriers formed by fixing haptoglobin, the occult blood in the feces is quantified in a radiation or radiationless immuno assay method. Otherwise, a functional group such as -N=CH-(CH₂)_n -CH=N- and -CONH- is fixed and occult blood in feces if quantified in a tetramethyl benzine method or a fluoreine method, by using experimental equipment such as a test tube, beads, a microtitre plate, magnetic particles, to give haptoglobin covalent-bond to the functional group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
