MANUFACTURE OF DUAL ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN MAGNETIC PROPERTY

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a dual oriented silicon steel sheet having high magnetic permeability in a medium magnetic field by subjecting a silicon steel sheet contg. specified Si, Al and N to cross cold rolling, developing secondary recrystallization by the utilization of an inhibitor for the growth of the grains and providing it with a high accumulation degree in the crystalline orientation. ;CONSTITUTION: Silicon steel constituted of, by weight, 1.8 to 6.7% Si, 0.01 to 0.05% acid soluble Al and ≤0.012% N, and the balance Fe is melted. This steel is subjected to cold rolling at 40 to 80% draft and is furthermore subjected to cold rolling at 30 to 70% draft in a direction perpendicular to the same. Then, annealing is executed at 200 to 800°C at ≥10°C/min average temp. raising rate to generate primary recrystallization. Next, it is subjected to final annealing to execute secondary recrystallization and purification.
