PURPOSE:To facilitate the investigation of history information by storing the history information in different devices in one file. CONSTITUTION:An access request device 24 for data stores data access request and confirmation history information in a request and confirmation history information storage file 3 and receives and stores data access indication and answer history information, sent from a data access execution device 17, in an indication and answer history information storage file 20; and a history information comparing and registering means 23 compares the two pieces of history information and stores them in one compared history information storage file 22.
