PURPOSE: To enable even an unexperienced person to determine the priority order of event selection by easy calculation by digitizing the influence of an event upon a vehicle and determining a priority order table of events according to the obtained numericals. ;CONSTITUTION: The influence of the event on a travel of one vehicle is calculated as the delay Ta of the travel time. The rate (shunt rate) of vehicles where a broadcast is listened to travel in respective sections A-I is found from 'total number of vehicles in the respective sections ÷ total number of up and down travel vehicles at the broadcasting point'. In this case, the shunt rate α can previously be found as an accurate numeral by investigating the courses of traveling vehicles and prepared as a table. The calculated delay of the travel time is multiplied by the shunt rate to calculate the total delay time as the delay time of all the travel vehicles, which are rearranged in the decreasing order of the values, i.e., the influence upon the traveling vehicles to objectively generate an event selection priority order table according to the numerals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
