MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO PROTEIN DISTRIBUTING IN BRAIN

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a new monoclonal antibody to specifically react to a specific antigen existing in rat brain useful for purifying and isolating new protein distributing in brain. ;CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody which is a monoclonal antibody obtained from an extract of rat brain as an immune source, has an immunoglobulin class belonging to IgG₁ and bonds to a band having 30 kDa molecular weight in detection by Western blotting method using an rat brain extract as an antigen. The antibody is preferably obtained by fusing an antibody-forming cell prepared from a mammal immunized against a rat brain extract with an animal tumor cell, cloning the prepared hybridoma and then culturing the cloned hybridoma.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
