PURPOSE: To prevent a heating time from being made longer than needed and to make indoor ventilation excellent at all times by a method wherein warm air is supplied into a room by sensing entry of a person into the room, and the warm air is stopped and ventilation is conducted by sensing exit of the person from the room. ;CONSTITUTION: A motor 6 for a ventilation fan and a motor 1 for a warm air fan are wired in parallel through the intermediary of a selector switch, and a warm air heater 2 and a person-sensing sensor 4 are connected together. When entry of a person into a room is sensed, according to this constitution, warm air is supplied from a heater into the room so as to heat the room, and when exit of the person from the room is sensed, the supply of the warm air into the room from the heater is stopped and ventilation is conducted. Accordingly, a heating time is not made longer than needed and the ventilation for the air of good quality can always be conducted.
