PURPOSE: To minimize the reduction of control efficiency when there is a forbidden band by providing an orbital inclination angle for a node to keep it constant in an inertial space, and executing injections at the location nearest to the node outside the forbidden band, or providing an orbital inclination angle of 0 degree, and executing injections at the location which is expected to provide the best efficiency regardless of the node. ;CONSTITUTION: A node 11 is provided with a certain orbital inclination angle and is kept almost constant in an inertial space. Based on the positional relationship between a forbidden band 12 and the node 11, a thruster executes injections 10 on the node 11 when the forbidden band 12 is out of the node 11, while it executes injections 10 at the position nearest to the node 11 outside the forbidden band 12 when the band 12 is on the node 11. With the rotation of the node 11 caused by the injections taken into consideration, injections 10 start at one position outside the forbidden band and end at a proper position and then are executed at both front and rear of the band 12. In addition, an orbital inclination angle of 0 degree is provided and injections 10 are executed at the position which is expected to provide the best efficiency regardless of the node 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
